Delivery Policy: All deliveries & set up charges will be quoted with individual jobs. Orders will be delivered to ground level, additional charges for carting up and down. Policy applies to all rentals. 

 

Customer Pick up Policy: 

 

ALL items must be returned in all containers they were picked up in.  

  • • All tables and chairs must be wiped clean, ready for the next use. 

  • • All dish ware, wine glasses, silver ware must be completely washed and restored, UNLESS written in contract. *** 

 

  • • Deposit will be forfeited if this is not followed. 

Security Deposit:  

  • • Pricing will be quoted as a per event use. A NON-REFUNDABLE security deposit is required on all orders. Deposits amount is 20% on rentals & 25% on tents, tables & chairs.
